We Survey the roof noticing the Ridge Beam has sunk and the supporting wall plate has rotted away

once the tiles have been removed, we then start to remove the rotten rafters and ridge beam to replace them with new C24 timbers

We install the breathable membrane with treated batten preparing the roof for tiles
